The pain....

..of being ostracised from my grand kids!!

Oscar (2 and a half) had a cold with runny nose and a cough so I couldn't see him for a week! But last Friday was a warm sunny day so I visited him but we played in the back yard. Then it seemed his sister Molly (3 months) was coming down with a cough too so again I had to steer clear!! AAAHHH Today their little cousin, Imogen (5 weeks) came over with mum but she was so snuffly and congested I couldn't go near her.

I had planned to be with my daughter at an appointment today for her little Imogen to give her a hand but I was feeling pretty useless as I couldn't hold her. But I went anyway not thinking really about what I was getting myself into. The appointment was at the W&C hospital which was a new experience for me having not been there before myself. Well!! The waiting room was tiny and full of people of all ages falling over each other. AAAH I felt claustrophobic as if the germs were closing in on me!! We agreed it was wrong me being there so I caught a taxi home! Crazyyyy!
