Cold caps are a system of cooling down your scalp for an hour before, during chemo and four hrs after, so that the chemo drugs don't get a chance to make your hair fall out.
They aren't appropriate for all the drugs, but you may be using ones that they will work for.
There's no Australian distributor, so the lovely Vanessa (who used them herself as a chemo patient before taking over the business) can arrange it. Here's the website if you want to read up about them. I had my second treatment today and I still have hair!
