It depends on your situation. If you have established lymphoedema the intensive treatment programs run for several weeks with treatment 3 times a week. Treatment takes about an hour or so each time. They achieve amazing results for many people.
I just did a short program as it was more about prevention of future problems as I had only a little build up of fluid. I attended 5 days (for an hour each time) over 2 weeks and now just go every 3 months to check that everything is still under control. :)
