I was the same as you. I got given a gauntlet and this forced fluid into my fingers. I am now battling to get the fluid out of my fingers. I do have a glove and regular drainage massages. I am trying to keep on top of it though. I try to help myself as much as I can. I don't want mine to get any worse. I have just received a garment for night time wear. It was recommended to me by my therapist. The trouble was, she didn't seem to know too much about this garment and I know have to do a few alterations to it. You do learn as you go. You live and learn.
