Firstly sending a big warm, sparkly hug filled with energy and light. It's so hard in the beginning, finding out so much and having to make decisions will overwhelm u and some days beat u down. Now u will hear this a lot, but it's true, take one day at a time, don't get too far ahead as it's just to hard to breath when u do. Your health is the most important thing now, love yourself and surround yourself with love and good people, u need positive energy and light around u now.
