  • At my first appointment, the oncologist had all my pathology results there, and she explained to me the type of cancer I had,the grade etc. Then she told me the sort of treatment I would need , and why.Thank goodness my husband was with me,because as soon as we got outside,I could hardly remember a thing! Make sure you have someone with you .Cheers Robyn xox

  • my 1st appointment wasn't like most peoples as she told me I had a 2nd primary cancer but, what she did discuss was my treatment plan, gave me options as to what I may like to do. She did diagrams for me explained the road ahead and what I could expect moving forward.

Take care it will be fine

  • At my first appointment, we went over my test results from my surgery, and the oncologist went through her treatment plan with me. She actually gave me a choice of a 12wk or 18wk chemo treatment. I was a bit confused as I just thought she would tell me what to do. I received paperwork to read so I could make an informed decision. Hope it all goes well for you, take care,
