Thinking of you today. Hope all goes well. I am sure it won't be as bad as you imagine. I felt exactly as you did. I even took a bucket in the car as I was sure I would be sick. How wrong I was!
Just go with the flow and one day at a time. You will be surprised how quick the time does go when you are having a regular treatment.
