Thank you so much for your lovely comments and encouragement, what a beautiful network this is! It makes me wish I had of taken advantage of it earlier in my journey. I don't think I was ready until now though. I'm interested in the retreats that you mentioned - I will do some googling of course but any other info you can give me would be great - especially as you've been there yourself.
