WOW! What an incredibly emotional time you've had - starting last night. Wonder Woman will return - but it is good for her to have a rest as well! ;)
I am so glad that you got thru your treatment OK today and hope that you don't get that reaction next time - how wonderful that the staff were so helpful & kind to you. Also Good that the Phenergan has helped you! I've taken it on occasion to help me sleep, too.
To be totally honest, I think the wheels can fall off at least once during our active treatment (and even after!) as it is an emotional release & nothing at all to be ashamed about. It happened to me mid radiation - I just bawled & couldn't stop. They took me to a private room & postponed my treatment & got me a Social Worker to help talk me thru it .... then, like you, I had my treatment xx
