give it time and they will soften up. Mine were initially quite firm. It has been a year since I had my implants but they are a lot softer than after the surgery. I had my yearly check up with the ps last month and he also said that they would get softer again.
I have a teardrop implant but i think it depends on your body shape and size of implant. My ps chose my implant size and shape for me.
I went up a size so I found some of my bras were a little uncomfortable so it was a matter of finding bras that fit right. Given the lack of feeling in my breasts I also had to judge my comfort based on any marks/ lines that my bra left behind.
