Taxotere
Happy New Year everyone.
I have finished my 3 rounds of FEC, and am due to start taxotere on the 12th Jan.
Can anyone give me advice?

Hi there,
I had 6 treatments of this horrid drug combined with Carboplatin ( which is also a killer) this year, I can only say be prepared and be ready to stay in bed as that is just about all you can do.
Take all the pain meds you can get your hands on and do only for yourself, I know we sound drastic and are not trying to scare you but warn you, this really is a time when you can only look after yourself and even then you may barely scrape by so get all the help from your partner you need, good luck and best wishes,
