Yep I had dose reductions during my chemo - I had FEC all the way through.
I reacted pretty bad to chemo, like you became neutropenic every time, anaemic as well (ended up having something like 8 blood transfusions) so the drs in their wisdom reduce the dose slightly each time in the hope that I didn't end up in hospital each time....but no - not this little black duck!
The nurses used to joke that I just liked being waited on hand and foot! (which wasn't untrue - just didn't like the illness that went with it!) LOL!
Try not to let it worry you - have faith in the drs and knew that what they do is probably in your best interest.
