I seemed to cruise through FEC and was knocked for six when I started on Docetaxol. I still got a treatment every 21 days, however, my chemo buddy went onto weekly treatments, not sure why that happened. We had the same oncologist as well. I didn't cope too well with Docetaxol and I asked the oncologist why it was so much worse. I was told that it is the harsher drug but it is also the most effective. To be honest, if my first 3 treatments had of been Docetaxol I would never have turned up for FEC:) The oncologist laughed and said that's why we do it in that order. I felt the side effects lasted longer but that maybe because the effects and fatigue are accumulative so it stands to reason that we feel worse towards the end of the treatment. Some ladies on this site didn't have great trouble on it, so it just proves we are all so different. Hope you are feeling better soon, big hugs to you,
