I have been exactly where you are, after having mastectomies and hysterectomy - and Taxol - in 2012.
If it helps at all, I had the tingling in the hands and feet - mainly feet at night - and found that a large mug of hot milk (cocoa/chocolate) almost instantly eased the problem. It was so quick I wondered if the problem could be calcium related? It allowed me to drop off to sleep without a problem. During the day, exercise helped - early morning walks, a treadmill if you have access to one. It seemed to keep the circulation going and the tingling at bay.
Now, 2 years on, it has gradually disappeared for the most part. If there is a flicker, I have milk immediately, and it still works. I hope you have relief soon. Maybe try a smoothie and see if it works? Fingers crossed for you.
All the best, Michelle x
