Well, I've made it through week 1 of 12 with paclitaxel.
I was given Loratadine as the antihistamine in addition to steroids and ondansetron for nausea. Thank goodness too. I had the worst nausea...

Thanks ladies for your lovely thoughts and good advice,
I did tell the Onc and nurses everything that happened. Went through it in detail. The one they seemed most concerned about was the electric shock like pains through the joints. So keeping an eye on it. Thankfully it hasn't been as bad this round. Just bad joint pain, diarrhoea and what feels like shin splints in my legs and back. Chemo is so much fun! I just keep telling myself that if it hurts this much to me then it must really be kicking the cancer :-)
