Tamoxifen

Yes I do understand the effects of alcohol interesting enough my sister is in her last year and currently doing a doc on the effects of alcohol which is very interesting. I am not drinking at all but the only week I am well I did really enjoy a glass but everything is in moderation and certainly believe alcohol would of been a contributing factor in my breast cancer diagnosis as I really loved a nightly wine so yes I feel I did this to myself.

So Chemo today and am actually going to spend the next several months exercising and looking after myself and yes the very "minimal" glass of wine

I wish I was as strong as you Deanne to never drink again but it is my absolute pleasure.
