just a quick post to let you know that I have been on tamoxifen for14 months and can't say I've noticed any side effects. I do get hot flushes sometimes but they started before the tamoxifen. (Chemo put me into early menopause). I exercise regularly and try to eat a healthy diet and I now hardly ever drink alochol. I think all these things help. I was very anxious when I first started taking it too but I think that was just the fear of what it might do. Turns out it's been fine. Good luck.
