I changed from Arimidex to Tamoxifen as my bone density kept dropping on Arimidex. Tamoxifen can build bone density I believe. I'm getting bone pain though now. It's early days, so I hope it goes away as I'm not sure I can live with it! My feet especially, always hurt.
