Hi,
I have been on tamoxifen for 16 months now. My hot flushes have eased since I have given up coffee and alcohol.
When I try to do too much too quickly and get a little stressed the hot flushes seem to appear to remind me to relax and slow down.
As time has gone on maybe my body has adjusted to the tamoxifen and maybe I have learnt the triggers to my hot flushes and minimise those triggers.
