Ive always taken it in the am after food..and didnt reallyget many hot flushes at first --but two weeks ago they increased with a venegence and i noticed after eating spicy food it was worse--not that im going to give that up..but i just accepted as being a bit like when im in parts of asia with the humidity...however inthe last few days i cant recall one--so my learning is not to get too caught up with whats happening or make too many predictions or 'its always going to be this way'---
