tamoxifen

I started taking tamxoifen in Novermber 2010 after finnishing my chemo, and was wondering if any one could tell me if thay are having any sideeffects, as iam.

I've been on Tamoxifen since February. I've had constipation since then. Also, when I wake up in the morning my fingers are stiff and painful - like someone has pulled each one of them out of their joints. It's a weird feeling but doesn't last long and disappears once I get out of bed and move around.
Chemo put me into menopause and I started off having dozens of hot flushes each day. It got better when I finished chemo in November 2010, it's now down to a dozen a day, but I wasn't looking forward to my hot flushes getting worse when I started Tamoxifen. But so far so good. I think I'm getting cold flushes too, if there's such a thing.
