Tamoxifen
Hi lovely ladies ,
I'm due to start Tamoxifen any day now and am after any tips with regards to when to take it ?
Would love to know your thoughts as to what you think is best .

I take mine at night( although I have been doing a lot of complaining lately about hot flushes) immediately before my evening meal.I take it with a large glass of water,and I have an alarm set in my phone,to remind me! If it wasn't for the alarm,I would have missed over half of the tablets I reckon!!Like Deanne,I had a bit of nausea for the first. few days,but then it went away.All the best.xoxRobyn
