Yes I know as been copying down your thoughts and tips - just wanted to clarify my caution about curcumin - many friends who do not have bc are really impressed with it for bone pain - there is a whole bundle of things to try if side effects get tough and as you told me earlier the medical oncologist said I can switch between Hormone therapies if I need to - all good - just going to be determinedly active daily , see what happens and above all hang in there
