Tamoxifen side effects
Hi ladies,I am nearly 3 months on Tamoxifen now.I feel good,and keeping up with my exercise.I just have one side effect that has just started the last couple of days,and that is some vaginal bleeding....

I had quite a lot of vaginal bleeding last year, while I have been taking tamoxifen for the last 3 years. I saw my GP as there is a very tiny chance of uterine cancer when on tamoxifen. I had an Ultrasound which showed no thickening of the endo metrium (no cancer) but had huge fibroids. So long story short had a Hysterectomy and removal of ovaries in Oct last year and feel great. So please get it checked out. my main gripe about tamoxifen is the sweating and some hot flushes. My hot flushes are a lot better since taking a low dose of Effixor(anti-depressant) and I also take clonidine which has helped the sweating. Feel a bit like a junkie some days with all these pills!
