Tamoxifen side effects

I've been on Tamoxifen since August last year. I was and am still in perimenopause.
I found the first 10 weeks a challenge with significant fatigue, hot flushes every hour during the night, brain fog. I do acupuncture to help with hot flushes, in the acute stage was going weekly, now just monthly. It has worked for me as in hot flushes are virtually non existent. The fatigue lifted after the 10 weeks. I now just have tiredness, constand sensitivity to noise
