Hi Paula,
I have only used the coconut oil on the outside as that is where I was dry and itchy,read on the hysta sista site you can use it inside, but not as a lubricant. Have just been given the go ahead for sex (following hysterectomy) so not sure what it's going to be like on the inside? lol.
I think I will get some replens for the inside to see how it goes, as well as sylk or astroglide. Will have to check out if they contain parabens, but that is a whole other story.
