Hate Tamoxifen. Constant lower back and left hip pain. Insomnia. Serious brain fog and hot flushes as well. I had myself convinced the shit had gone to my bones and brain but scans prove otherwise thankfully. They gave me a script for Tramedo but that did bugger all.
I have only been on it four months and sick of it already! It's definitely the Tamoxifen as I took a week off it because I felt so crap and guess what, brain fog gone and back and hips about 90% improvement.
I really would like to feel normal again ....one day
