Did you mean that you had a lumpectomy and full node clearance?I had that 7yrs ago.I think the pain settled down after a few months.I had numbness under the arm and still have.For a long time after I would get an ache in my arm so would do lymphatic massage on it.That is a good thing to learn to do for your arm.I had a mastectomy last year (may)and I still have discomfort across my chest like there is sticky tape on it.My surgeon says it's adhesions.You might find gentle massage helps or swimming.But if it is still so painful you should tell your surgeon.
