I haven’t had any allergies myself, unfortunately it’s a trial and error thing. If you know you have allergies, such as lactose intolerance, you can look up the ingredient list for a particular brand online. But mostly it’s unknown so you just have to try an alternative if you have an odd reaction. After all, you may have none.
