tamoxifan effects

I have been taking tamoxifan and zolidax now for 3months and have been having some interesting side effects. My left breast has become larger and occasionally feels hot. Also does anyone know if their is any risk to falling pregnant while on this treatment? If anyone has been having any similar or different side effects, I'd love to hear. 

I have been having the lovely hot flashes and my boyfriend has given me a person battery operated fan to carry around, bless him.
