Hi again with an update. I stopped the Tamoxifen last Thursday 2/9 and have been sleeping better (have to stop before an operation on Friday 9/9). I will be resuming Tamoxifen again when I get home so I will see if the restlessness starts again. I'll observe the next few days as well and let you know. Hopefully this will help me establish if there is a link between the two.
