I went through mine with a number 3 clipper today, so much was falling and what is left is SO fine. I have my wig already and I'm seeing a great hairdersser on Thursday who will make it ME. I have to work that evening so I plan to look fabulous !
I have several hats already and will mostly wear those - wig will be for work - in fact today at #2 chemo I wore a purple one given to me by a friend who bought it in Paris, yes Paris FRANCE - and just didn;t think it suited her at all. The lady opposite came over to ask where I had bought such a great hat ! Way to make me feel better !!! She was disappointed when I told her but had a good look at it with plans to make her own.
Don't be afraid of your skull, spend some time getting to know the shape of your head and practise with other wigs too so that you can mess with your hairstyles when it grows back !!
