I also found being in water helped as it supports everywhere. Even just walking in it slowly. I had moon face...fluid in my boobs, a hump on my back, and visible fluid at collar bone and my legs felt like walking through concrete. By about 7 weeks I could suddenly move again...finally without feeling weighted down. Kath x
