Sweating alot

Hi @Cynth6, I didn't have chemo but am on Tamoxifen. Initially mega hot flushes and sweating that died down for a while but have now shifted into menopause and the sweats and hot flushes are back with a vengeance. I carry an atomiser to spray myself with to try and stop the flush and pouring sweat and my younger sister bought me a hand held battery operated fan that has a water reservoir so I get both the fan and misting spray. Gotta say that fan is gorgeous and very effective. Would fit into a large handbag and the water reservoir is large - you could even keep it in the fridge for an extra chill!!
