Sweating alot

Hi there love. I hardly get hot flushes anymore either but do get sweaty from time to time or just feel hot without the “hot flush” symptoms. At night I have to have the aircon on and sleep with no covers pretty much all night just the doona between my legs up to my chest but at the very least I have to have my back exposed and uncovered and only undies to bed. During the day at work the air con is on in the treatment room and it’s super cold which I love and just don’t feel cold hardly ever these days. Margie xx
