Hi Ladies,
Thanks for you kind words and encouragement on my return to work. Susan, I will be looking out for the book you recommended when I finish reading my current book. I am up to giving any book a try. Leonie, I am taking your advice and looking after ME first at work and home life though it took a bit of getting used to at first as I used to always put others first, but i know it is cruticial in getting myself back to being healthy again.
