Hi Lara, sorry to hear about your set back, and return trip to theatre. This also happened to me, but it was 3 weeks after my initial surgery, so quite late to have a haematoma form. I had 800mls washed out in theatre, and another 200mls followed in a drain over the next 2 days. Mine fully settled down, and has given me no ongoing problems.
