Hang in there Swirley, it can be a roller coaster. You will have good days and bad days - but try to stay positive and just take 1 day, 1 step at a time. Tackle bite size pieces - trying to take too big a chunk will drive you crazy. You may just surprise yourself...
It it can be overwhelming, but there are lots of ladies on this site who have gone before you who will be here for a chat or to compare notes along the way.
