Agreed, vent as much as you like. Better out than in. You're allowed to feel sorry for yourself, what you're going through isn't pleasant and life has a habit of sticking other stuff for us to deal with in the picture as well!
Everyday it will get better and everyday is a day closer to treatment being over.
