Did she come home with pain medication? Taking it is what I would suggest at least till she isn’t in as much pain. I took mine only for a couple of days before I went to bed so I would have a comfortable night sleep. Then I took Panadol as needed, again especially at night cause it was uncomfortable for quite a while. Best wishes for you and your mum xx
