It sounds like you've been through the surgery bit and have your pathology. I was classed as grade 2 so abit different to you- BUT I have survived bc twice. The first time I had breast cancer was in 2003. The lump was 2cm(oestrogen+ve,Hercept -ve) and all my 18 lymph nodes were clear.I had a lumpectomy followed by radiation.I took Tamoxifen for awhile until I couldn't stand it-I was 47 yrs old. In 2010 (7 yrs later) cancer came back in the same breast,same spot.It was picked up by mammogram and it had grown to 3cm in a year.I had a mastectomy followed by chemo and then put on Tamoxifen. I'm fine now and enjoying my life.The treatments are hard going but you do get through it all.I had a work colleague get bc just after me(2003) and she had about 4 nodes with cancer.She is fine,in her sixties and still nursing fulltime.(also a heavy smoker!) These days doctors have many more drugs available and more knowledge than they did in 2003.I can see the changes.I have some  ladies in my bc support group who had similar diagnosis to you and they have survived and are living well.So I hope that helps you.I know you are in the middle of treatment and it's hard to see that light at the end of the dark tunnel but it's there.Try and stay hopeful and blog back here anytime for info and support.Big hug,Tonya xx
