For me,it was the Dexamethasone for a couple of days after chemo,that kept me 'up'.Probably the only time in my life when I will experience steroids! ;) It is also hard to let go of some of the house responsibilities,especially when you have your own ways of doing things. It was like this in the beginning ,but as my husband explained to me,to let him do most of the housework,made him feel that he was doing all he could to help me.Its hard,but if we can,we need to remember that it's hard for the other members of the household too,in a different way.I think also,that you get I to a routine after a while.Take care.Cheers Robyn.xoxo
