Starting letrozole tomorrow
Hello all...I’m starting letrozole tomorrow...does anyone have a view on whether Femara is better than the generic brands? Some drugs I think it makes a difference, like the pill or Prozac, but others...
@Halla well, I had shots in my wrists the same time I switched. So it def helped, but it was the shots. I switched to Exemestane, as I didn’t want to go onto Tamoxifen. But after about a month carpal tunnel symptoms started again slowly. Other things were better though. Not as much joint pain. I stayed on that for 3 months also, and recently switched again to Arimidex. So far feeling similar. They’re the only 3 available that I like, so I will decide which one after a couple months. But Letrozole is off the table as it gave me most pain.
I’ve always taken it in the evening.
