well I have survived a week .... feeling okay, felt like I had a mild hangover Wednesday, the sore legs are the worst, had to take a panadol so I could go and buy a hot water bottle.. So if anyone has any tips would loveto hear them. My tastes buds have gone, and todays new symptom is itchy head . But overall I think I am doing okay
