Started the rounds!

Well I put on my pink scarf and headed off on my crusade.I decided to have some business cards made with my name and BCNA pink lady logo.I felt abit more credible with cards.Anyway,first stop was a large medical centre where I introduced myself and left a few brochures/cards.Then I went to our local Sussan store and met the manager and thanked her.They were bowled over! Their window displays the pink lady and they have a lovely stand with fundraising merchandise.However,next  week they plan to expand it and have invited me along to take photos.My next round is to liaise with a local breast care nurse and "hit"more surgeries.Will also try contacting local paper.I really shouldn't talk about what I'm "gunna"do until I've done it!!     I'm at HQ tomorrow from 9.00 am and I'll casually mention it and see what they say.  I'll let you know.

    Gosh,I didn't think about that.I don't think it's an issue because I made sure BCNA and their website,phone number was on the card.It would be a different matter if I was using the logo for another purpose.Anyway,I think it's something we should have -even if we just had a blank generic BCNA card that we could write our name on.It looks better than writing your name and number  on a scrap of paper.Something to run by "headquarters".
