Thanks to everyone who has contributed to my Zap blog. I will definately follow up on the advice about the rest - I have a little sunny spot where I can go for a quick lie down, usually accompanied by my black cat Beatle (his favourite sleeping nook too).
Stocked up on the creams and agree the staff who take care of us are soo lovely - we joke about the tattoos and the irony that the last time I had so much fuss made about my breast was when I was trying to get the breast feeding happening! (14yrs ago).
