Have you tried the Biotene products (mouthwash, gel and toothpaste? They are for dry mouth. Also I ended up with oral thrush which is very painful (caused by dry mouth and chemo effects). There are products to help with this too. I found my mouth/throat was worse with the first FEC and with all 3 Docetaxel rounds. :) Deanne
