Sore joints after treatment?

I finished Chemo early May & Radiotherepy mid july. Am now on Arimidex for 6 weeks. I have noticed since finishing chemo I started getting tingling in some of my fingers and now I have tingling in both hands as well as muscle pain in knees, feet and on hand. Early mornings are the worst for my hands and afternoons and evenings my knees and feet cause trouble. i agree that it would have been nice to have been told that we may experience these problems during the treatments. My hands in particular cause me grief as the nerve damage does not change and I have trouble doing :normal" things. I can only hope that they improve over time. I am going to try an acupuncturist to see if it helps. Has anyone else tried this?
