Sore hair!
this may sound strange, but did anyone else get a really sore head (like it even hurts to touch my hair)? I'm 2 weeks in (about to have my 3rd treatment) doing carboplatin 3 weekly and weekly paclitax...

Yes Mary my hair got really sore like someone had pulled it . I got it cut short then shaved to stop the mess of falling hair. Get yourself a nice soft bamboo cotton cap to wear to bed especially seeing the nights are cooler, they help. My oldest friend researched 'sore hair and scalp during chemo' and then 2 silk pillowslips arrived at the door! They really did ease the pain. And watch out too, your first shower without hair is very strange!
