I started taking fluid tablets on friday and have dropped about 4kg in fluid. today I got on the treadmill and walked20 mins at 5kms per hour. I am SO impressed with myself. last time I tried, over a week ago, I couldn't do 5 mins at 3kms per hour. I'm on a really steep block and though the walk outside my driveway is downhill, I'm anxious that I wont make it up again so have borrowed this treadmill. I was thinking of swimming but are we allowed to go into public pools? I worry in case I get an infection. I was reading about the women who develop secondaries and though they are all really positive, it does scare me. I will try to stay focused. just having a wobbly moment. it will pass soon.
